Lil Wayne has been eager to prove his courage because he feels he’s been snatched from his legal performance in the Super Bowl. In the controversy, Lil Wayne doubled the view and announced the beginning of the Carter VI era. True to the promise, Wayne has now revealed more about the album and the people in it, a fascinating list of names to say the least.
Not only did Wayne work with his son Kameron Carter, he could also sample Billie Eilish on the record. Other notable collaborators on the album include Miley Cyrus, Wyclef Jean, Bono, Machine Gun Kelly, Andrea Bocelli, Andrea Bocelli, Elephant Man, and Wheezy. The rapper also revealed in his speech to the Rolling Stones that Kanye should also be part of the project, but did not make the final layoffs. Not surprisingly, especially considering how Wayne’s selectiveness was involved in the project he spent six years.
Now, although the album was announced in a thrilling mood, Wayne clarified his position with the record and talked about his relationship with Kendrick Lamar and Drake. Fans may be surprised to find Lil Wayne and Kendrick “good”. Meanwhile, he clarified that he didn’t want Drake to be “angry” at him, and that his singing “not like us” was purely accidental. He obviously didn’t know it was a Kendrick record for Drake!
Aside from the controversy, Wayne seems to be making a weird sound choice for the album’s sound makeup, which is obvious to the scope of the project’s collaborators. The question is, will it match or even surpass the legendary Carter directory? Stay tuned for finding the answer!
