The young thugs stuck the fraudster on a gang investigator at the Atlanta Police Department as tensions appeared to increase this week between hip-hop and law enforcement.
Young thugs assemble Atlanta PD investigators linked to YSL trial
He has been at a low for most of the time as the young thug gained freedom last October. Tweets about the mouse and summoning Gunna showed that he didn’t really like the YSL signer, but Thugger avoided any signs of trouble. But today, things changed when he decided to target Marissa Viverito, the investigator in the surprising tweet.
On Tuesday (April 1), Thug posted a photo of Viverito and tweeted: “The Biggest Scammer in the DA Office”. While it is unclear why the rapper targets investigators, it may be related to court appearances this week.
Marissa Viverito reportedly held part of a hearing in court Monday (March 31) as part of a total preliminary hearing to determine whether seven men charged in the shooting death of two 13-year-old boys in Atlanta last year will be on trial. She asked WSB-TV Atlanta because she was involved in an undercover investigation so her face was not shown on the camera. Such inquiry may be the reason why her photos are sparse on the internet, and the thug chose her tweets that appear to be her old image.
The defendants allegedly were part of the Goodfellas gang in Atlanta. In February, the Atlanta Police Department insisted that Lil Baby’s “cowardly behavior” of filming music videos on rival gang territory led to the killing of teenagers. Baby once rejected 4pf as a record label and crew, but changed its tag name to Glass Window Entertainment in 2023. Atlanta police believe rhyme is still related to 4pf.
The baby’s lawyer called the allegations “completely boring.”
“It’s shameful to say he can’t shoot music videos where he likes and continues to improve,” Drew Findling said. “More importantly, the location where the main music videos are shot is a decision made by a professional team, not a decision made by any individual.”
Viverito played a role in the 2022 Young Thug Rico arrest, which is why he might not like her. She served as a state witness at the YSL trial and was cross-examined by Yak Gotti’s attorney Doug Weinstein in November. In a video she was in court, Weinstein showed footage of the Vivilito Police Department, who held a pink Richard Mille watch in his home on May 9, 2022. The watch has been missing since that day. The timepiece is worth $500,000, but other reports circulating last year were worth $1.7 million, Weinstein said. She described taking a list of the mob’s property and preparing her own items for the APD evidence team. Viverito claims the watch was left at home. The thug’s watch has not been found yet.
XXL has contacted the Atlanta Police Department for comment.
