Big George Foreman inspired millions, proving that it’s never too late to make a comeback, going from a frightened boxing legend to a beloved entrepreneur, spiritual guide and cultural idol.

One of my happiest moments was meeting Big George Foreman. This is a moment I will never forget. This happened in the International Boxing Hall of Fame in Canastota, New York. This place is from the north and is far from the city. As a boxing fan, I used to visit with close friends about once a year.

In this case, we were there looking at the mold of the boxer’s huge fist. Of course, there is a mini shop in there. And, voila, he is there too-in-the flesh. He is cool, kind and inclusive. His life is constantly reminding you that everything is possible and that it is never too late to achieve greatness or pursue a new dream. George Foreman’s life is a powerful proof of these truths. His life has amazing twists and turns, outstanding climaxes and hellish lows. But how he deals with them defines him as a legend, both inside and out of the boxing circle.

George Foreman’s boxing career is just legendary. He won the Olympic gold medal in 1968. He then won the victory in 1973 to become the world heavyweight champion. Those huge hands carved his legacy through sheer determination and unparalleled punching power. His most clearest moment in the ring was in the battle with Muhammad Ali’s epic “Rumbling in the Jungle” in 1974. He lost the game, but it marked the beginning of the rest of his life. The real legend has begun.

The foreman retired in 1977 but returned to boxing in 1987. Ten years after the sport, people laughed. Critics doubt him. But Big George knows it’s better. He regained the 45-year-old heavyweight championship in 1994. He eliminated Michael Moorer, 26. Lesson: Dreams don’t have an expiration date.

George made history. But his real influence goes far beyond boxing. He went from being a terrified fanatic to a beloved personality. He is known for his warm smile. He danced with George Foreman Grill to enter the entrepreneurship spirit. This remains one of the most amazing examples of reshaping and transformation. The grill turned into a global sensation, selling millions of units and creating George Business Legends. His business success has inspired countless individuals, myself. Adapt, innovate and win big.

Winning is relative. The spiritual transformation and religious commitment of the foreman resonated with me. His appointment as Christian minister and the establishment of the church reflect the changes he shared with the world. The belief and enthusiasm of the foreman is contagious – never tolerated. His commitment to enhancing the community and helping troubled youth has made him an image of hope and resilience.

I personally drew inspiration from Big George’s book. “George Forman’s Guide to Life” is especially useful when my life is very difficult. And his story, the recent movie about his life (Big George Foreman: The Miracle Story of Once and Future Heavyweight Champion) left me with a lasting impression. Critics try to flood the movies, but as usual, people’s voices prevail. It is popular and tells his extensive and complex story. This movie makes us all think of the real victory story as a better critic.

No doubt Big George Foreman is one of the toughest boxers ever, but it pales in comparison to his lasting impact on our lives. From fearful competitors to cute champions, from athletes to entrepreneurs, from fighters to ministers.

Big George.

The greatest victory in life is usually after the most intense battles, or even huge losses. Act 2, Act 3 and Even Act 4 are always possible. RIP Big George Foreman. We will miss you, champion.
