Fevio foreign countries have been reportedly locked in New Jersey for allegedly threatening a gun in a parking lot.
Favio was arrested abroad
XXL confirmed in prison records on Friday (March 21) that the New York rapper Brooklyn New York rapper was arrested on January 18 for illegal possession of weapons and terrorist threats. Police told TMZ that Fivio was accused of pointing a gun on a woman on New Year’s Day in Edgewater, New Jersey woman claimed she asked the rapper to help Jumpstart her car, and Fivio allegedly pointed the gun at her, saying:
Witnesses called police and they were able to confirm the woman’s claim through surveillance video. But Fevio’s foreign lawyer told TMZ that the case was fragile at best and he hoped the rapper would be at home in the next few months.

Favio’s past legal issues in foreign countries
This is not Fivio’s first run with the New Jersey Police Department. In April 2021, he was arrested by a gun and fled by police in Fort Lee, New Jersey, where he was attacked on multiple gun charges, including possession of a firearm for illegal purposes, boycotting arrests, possession of a defiled firearm and possession of a firearm, without the necessary permit.
Fivio’s latest arrest comes days after he made headlines for his nervous appearance on the Max stream.
