The world is not a stranger to the success of Spotify-wrapped advertising campaigns, which is the personalized listening analysis experience of users of the platform every year. The campaign provides streaming giants with a way to interact directly and attract fans. Last fall, they came with a new feature that allows users to create their own cover art for playlists.
Now, taking it further, DSP announced the first ever digital artist sticker series, which will allow listeners to be more creative by integrating digital assets directly from digital assets composed of their favorite artists. To get things started, Spotify worked with creator rapper Tyler, who borrowed Taylor’s style by developing 10 exclusive stickers with them to make fans more creative than ever before.
If this sounds like you’ll like, but don’t know where to start – don’t worry, we’ll get you. Here are step-by-step instructions that might help when working with stickers!
Select the user-generated playlist you created – or click Create new playlist: Click the context menu (…); and then click Create Cover Art in the menu options. From there, listeners can access exclusive Taylor from the creator sticker, as well as a variety of creative elements, including background and text. Complete playlists will update new cover art with listeners’ branding and can be shared with friends.
So, what playlists do you want to come up with next?
