Tasha K fires back at Cardi B, claims she’s trying to sabotage her blogging career after she accused the YouTube star of hiding funds to avoid paying a $3.4 million judgment against her .
In January 2022, rapper Cardi B won a defamation lawsuit after Tasha K accused her of being a prostitute, a drug addict and suffering from sexually transmitted diseases.
Cardi B previously asked a judge to dismiss Tasha K’s bankruptcy case, saying she hid offshore accounts that were not disclosed in her original Chapter 11 filing. She also accused her of transferring assets to her husband.
Additionally, Cardi claims Tasha K still lives a “lavish lifestyle” and flaunts her wealth on social media despite telling the court she’s broke.
However, the 42-year-old gossip blogger claimed the “Jealous” hitmaker “tried to bully her financially,” according to TMZ. The outlet also said Tasha K believes Cardi B wants to “destroy her career” by tying any debt settlement to sweeping restrictions on her freedom to speak publicly on her blog and social media platforms.
In her filing, Tasha K. urged the court to uphold the case, arguing that she should have the opportunity to propose her own repayment plan to the bankruptcy court.
A judge has yet to rule on the matter.
Meanwhile, in other Cardi B news, the Grammy-winning artist has vowed not to date again after another public spat with her estranged husband Offset.
She previously promised to release her long-awaited second album in 2025, claiming this year will be her best year yet.
