Casey Veggies had a productive 2024 and ended the year with the exciting collaboration with Dom Kennedy, “Road Runnin’.” The song closer to his latest album shows the ambitious Cassie and Dom, rapping about getting money and all the benefits it brings. From women to power to respect, this track adds to a remarkable 2024 for the West Coast led by Kendrick Lamar. Prior to working with Casey Veggies, Dom Kennedy released his ninth album, Class of ’95.
The Veggies and Kennedy’s music dates back to the 2010s. Their previous hits include “She In My Car”, “Stop Playin'” and “On The West”. Casey Veggies is an OFWGKTA affiliate whose catalog includes collaborations with E-40, Nipsey Hussle, Kendrick Lamar, Wiz Khalifa and more. Since high school, Vegies has always wanted to make her own place in music. He was one of the first artists to take fans behind the scenes through a video blog series. Apart from music, he has also ventured into acting and had a role in the 2015 hit film “Dope”. Veggies released his debut album that same year.
“Caught Up in The Game” is Veggies’ second album of 2024. Other breakout tracks included “On Me,” “Payroll” and “Show Money.” Nostalgia is a joint album between Veggies and Dylvinci, with members including D Smoke, IamSU! and King Chip.
