Kanye West is being sued by Jennifer An, a former contestant on America’s Next Top Model Season 13. Jennifer An is suing Kanye West ) sexually assaulted her while they were working on a music video in New York.
The recently filed federal lawsuit alleges that West choked her until she lost consciousness and forced his fingers down her throat, calling the act “art.”
According to the complaint, the incident occurred during the filming of La Roux’s music video for the song “In For the Kill.”
Ann said she was chosen from a pool of women after West reportedly said, “Give me that Asian girl.”
The lawsuit says the scene was filmed at a New York City hotel, with Ann claiming the rapper strangled her while yelling “this is art.” This is fucking art. I’m like Picasso.
Federal documents also name Universal Music Group as a defendant, accusing the company of promoting gender-based violence and then trying to cover up the alleged attacks.

Neither West nor Ann appear in the version of the music video currently available online.
The legal action against West follows the latest lawsuit filed by his former assistant Lauren Pisciotta, who accused the rapper of sexual misconduct in October.
