Diddy was sued five more times by anonymous accusers who claimed Diddy was drugged and sexually assaulted by the embattled media mogul starting in 2001.
Didi faces five more lawsuits
A series of lawsuits filed against Diddy by the Buzbee Law Firm on behalf of the plaintiffs continues. Five lawsuits were filed against the founders of Bad Boy Entertainment on Tuesday (November 19) in the Southern District Court of New York. The lawsuit was filed by three men and two women.
A woman claims that in 2001, when she was 18, she was given a drugged drink and forced to perform oral sex on Diddy and his bodyguard in a limousine after attending a Halloween party at a Manhattan nightclub. He attended an after-party at Diddy’s Miami home in 2022, where Diddy handed him a drink, causing him to pass out. After waking up, the alleged victim claimed he had pain in his rectum, his clothes were missing and Didi was behind him trying to penetrate his anus. Jane Doe claimed that he was unable to resist due to the effects of the drug and eventually lost consciousness again. The next day, he woke up in the same bedroom and was told by Dee Dee’s security guard that it was time to leave.
A third accuser claims that in 2022, at the age of 39, he was sexually assaulted at Diddy’s home in New York. He claimed he woke up in a dark room and found Diddy sodomizing him. Doe claimed he fought off Dee Dee and went to a nearby bathroom, where he discovered he was bleeding from his anus and fled the home.
The fourth lawsuit was filed by another anonymous person who claimed that he met with Puff in New York in 2001 to discuss performing in the music video. During the meeting, Doe claimed he was given a Diet Coke that tasted strange. He became unconscious and once woke up to find Didi sodomizing him while he was being held down by Didi’s bodyguards. The complainant claims he was also sexually assaulted by other male attendees.
The fifth lawsuit was filed on behalf of another woman who claimed she was 17 years old and was given a cocktail while attending a Puff Daddy party in the Hamptons on July 4, 2004, and became disoriented. She later woke up to find her underwear missing and experiencing vaginal pain, which she said she realized was the result of Diddy sexually assaulting her while she was unconscious.
In addition to the criminal case, Diddy faces dozens of civil lawsuits in which he is charged with sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation for prostitution. Many of the civil cases were filed by the Buzbee Law Firm, which announced back in September that they were representing 120 people who planned to sue Diddy.

Diddy’s legal team responds to slew of new lawsuits
Diddy’s attorney Erica Wolfe released the following statement to XXL in response to the latest slew of accusations.
“The racketeering lawsuit against Mr. Buzbee exposes his series of lawsuits against Mr. Combs for what they are: shameless publicity stunts designed to collect payments from celebrities who fear their lies will be spread, as was the case about Mr. Combs. As his legal team has said before, Mr. Coombs is confident in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: Mr. Coombs never sexually assaulted him. or trafficked any person – man or woman, adult or younger.
Diddy got some positive news in his criminal case, with a judge reportedly ordering prosecutors to destroy all notes found during a raid on his home in March. Diddy’s criminal trial is scheduled to begin on May 5, 2025.
