YoungBoy Never Broke Again showed off a new look with a bigger beard during his latest appearance.
NBA YoungBoy appears in court
NBA YoungBoy appeared in a Cache County court in Utah on Monday (November 17) and pleaded guilty to prescription fraud. Photos from the Louisiana rapper’s court appearance (shown below) show him wearing an orange prison jumpsuit. His hair is longer than when he last appeared in court. Additionally, his beard has grown noticeably longer. He has a goatee on his coat, but no facial hair.
YB appeared in court and pleaded guilty to 10 charges related to a prescription fraud ring. He was sentenced to probation and fined $25,000. However, the rapper has agreed to serve 27 months in prison with 60 months suspended in a related case in a nearby county.
Topp was arrested in April at his home in Huntsville, Utah, and charged with operating a prescription fraud ring in Weber and Cache counties, Utah. He has been in jail without bail since.
During a recent court hearing, Logan District Judge Spencer Walsh told YB not to waste his opportunity.
“I’ve seen many times, young men and women have a lot of talent and potential. When they start to really struggle with addiction, that potential is taken away from them,” Judge Walsh told Gaulden. “I don’t want that for you. ”
He continued, “I believe that in your future, once you complete your federal prison sentence, you can be really successful on federal probation and have a very bright future where you can work on your various fully realize their potential.
