After Donald Trump won the 2024 election and became the 47th President of the United States, Boosie Badazz once again requested a presidential pardon.
Boosie Badazz took to Twitter on Wednesday (November 6) to send a message to Donald Trump about his new status as the incoming president. With Trump likely to be busy in the months leading up to his inauguration, the Louisiana rap veteran wasted no time getting down to business, asking for a presidential pardon in a legal case he’s been grappling with for years.
“@realDonaldTrump can you forgive me for the Fed case?” Boosie Badazz tweeted. “I am a non-violent felon. The court ruled that non-violent offenses cannot be charged with 922 grams.
Bushy made sure not to appear selfish in his appeal to the president and continued to plead with Trump to listen to his broader concerns about his plan to grant immunity to police officers while congratulating him on his election victory.
“Oh, one more thing can you sit down with me and talk about you giving police immunity?” he asked Trump in a tweet. “I think this incentivizes police to commit deadly crimes. No matter what, please don’t do it, congratulations on winning, let’s get this money, get rid of these taxes, this is killing me.

To add context, earlier this summer, Boosie Badazz celebrated after dismissing a gun possession case from May 2023. He was arrested after a traffic stop, during which authorities claim to have recovered two loaded firearms. Authorities reportedly tracked Busey through Instagram and claimed he was found by helicopter in a “gang-affiliated neighborhood” after appearing in a video with a “known gang member.”
A federal judge has ruled to dismiss the case against Bossi on charges of possession of a firearm and ammunition by a felon in interstate commerce after a review found it was unconstitutional to deny nonviolent felons the right to own firearms. Judgment in special case. However, despite the case being dismissed weeks ago, Busey is speaking out again after being indicted on the same charges in July.
“I was on vacation with my family and my lawyer called me to say that federal prosecutor M. Wheat was again indicting me on the same charges and had added a charge that I was involved in a drug raid,” Busi Bada said. Boosie Badazz said. “Attacks surrounding firearms SMH.”
Busey later questioned the timing and motives behind the new accusations. He went a step further, accusing the prosecutor of being a racist and having a personal vendetta against him, saying it was an attempt to hinder the voice of a successful black man.
“Why didn’t you charge me this the first time?” he wrote. “The judge has ruled. At this point, you are turning this into a circus. It must be unconstitutional. It shows the lengths these devils will go to try to stop a successful black man with a voice. This man harbored a desire for me. Serious hatred.
“He wanted to be a character in a movie. He just had no respect for the court. He was racist and had no respect for the court! If I wasn’t Busey, this wouldn’t have happened to me.
