Sean “Diddy” Combs is reportedly facing a lawsuit from a plaintiff who claims the owner of Bad Boy Records sexually assaulted her at a party when she was 13. She drugged and raped her.
The lawsuit was one of seven filed on Sunday night (October 20), according to court documents obtained by Mirror America, and lawyer Tony Buzbee said the attack occurred At an after-party hosted by Diddy for the MTV Video Music Awards.
The lawsuit alleges that the teen showed up at the VMAs at New York’s Radio City Music Hall without a ticket. Still, she was determined to take part in the event and began contacting limo drivers, including one who worked for Dee Dee. The driver allegedly told her that the tycoon “liked young girls” and that she “fit Diddy’s profile” and told her to come back at 10 p.m., when he would take her to the after-party.
After arriving at the party, the victim claimed she was asked to sign a nondisclosure agreement but never received a copy, the lawsuit states.
“Plaintiff observed extensive use of drugs, including marijuana and cocaine,” the complaint states. “Plaintiff received a drink, a red and yellow mixture that tasted like orange juice, cranberry juice, and some bitterness.”
After drinking the drink, the plaintiff claimed she began to feel “woozy” and entered what she believed was an empty bedroom so she could lie down for a while. She didn’t lock the door.
The complaint continues, alleging that Diddy entered the room shortly after with a male and female celebrity and “aggressively approached Plaintiff with crazy eyes, grabbed her, and said, ‘You’re ready to party.'”
The girl claimed that Diddy threw her at the male celebrity, referred to in the documents as Celebrity A, who allegedly “took off her clothes as the complainant became increasingly disoriented.”
According to the lawsuit, the alleged victim “was held down by Celebrity A and vaginally raped as Combs and Female Celebrity B watched.”
The complaint continues: “After the male star finished speaking, Combs vaginally raped Plaintiff while Celebrity A and Celebrity B watched. Combs attempted to force Plaintiff to perform oral sex on him, but she struck Combs in the neck To resist; he stopped.
The girl claimed she took off her clothes and wandered around the house naked, looking for an exit. She claimed she only got dressed after walking out of the hotel.
“Eventually, plaintiff arrived at a gas station,” the document states. “A female employee noticed her distress and allowed her to use the phone. Plaintiff called her father, admitted that she had lied about her whereabouts, and asked him to Come pick her up.
The alleged victim “suffered from a deep depression that continued to affect every aspect of her life.”
Buzbee’s law firm is reportedly suing the Bad Boy Records boss on behalf of more than 150 clients.
Didi’s attorneys deny the accusations.
“The press conference and 1-800 phone number that preceded today’s series of filings was clearly an attempt to attract public attention,” they said last week. “Mr. Coombs and his legal team have disputed the facts, their legal defense, and Have confidence in the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: Mr. Coombs has never sexually assaulted anyone, whether an adult or a minor, a man or a woman.
