Diddy is named in six new lawsuits accusing the embattled media mogul of rape and sexual assault.
Diddy faces six new rape lawsuits
On Monday (October 14), TMZ broke the news that Texas attorney Tony Buzbee announced that six of the 120 lawsuits his law firm plans to file on behalf of “Diddy” plaintiffs. His law firm plans to file. Below are details of some of the allegations.
Allegation:
One of the pursuers, a former employee of Ecko Clothing, a competitor to Puff’s Sean John range, claimed that in May 2008 he encountered Diddy and his three bodyguards at the Macy’s flagship store in New York . Didi then allegedly told the man: “Fuck my asshole, Ecko” before brutally orally raping the accuser. Passing security, he claimed he was drugged with “GBH and/or ecstasy.” While in his delirious state, Diddy allegedly forced him into a van and sodomized him. The drink was drugged and he woke up to find that he had been sexually assaulted by at least three men, including Didi. Diddy took the teen to a private area during a party and promised to make the aspiring artist a star. The tycoon then instructed the teen to remove his pants before touching his genitals.
Bubee Law Firm has issued the following statement to XXL regarding the lawsuit.
“Buzbee Law Firm, along with co-counsel AVA Law Group and local New York attorney Curis Law, will file six cases this week alleging aggravated sexual assault, sexual abuse and sexual exploitation by Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs and his associated entities. He had a relationship with May West Department Stores and Marriott Hotels have a history of affiliation,” the statement read. “These cases were filed for conduct that occurred between 1995 and 2021. All incidents occurred in New York and were prosecuted under the Victims of Gender Motivated Violence Protection Act.”
The statement continued: “Four of the alleged victims in these cases are male and two are female. One of the victims was sixteen years old at the time of the alleged incidents. We will allow the allegations in the complaints filed to remain silent. We expect to file additional cases in the coming weeks naming Mr. Coombs and others as defendants as we continue to collect evidence and prepare for filings.
This is just the beginning of dozens of lawsuits announced earlier this month by the Buzbee Law Firm, which will file lawsuits against Diddy in the near future. All accusers claim they were sexually assaulted by Diddy or his associates during the 1991 incident.
In addition to the mounting lawsuits, Diddy faces a criminal case last month after he was arrested and charged with sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation for prostitution.
