Diddy is currently awaiting trial and rumors continue to surface about the mogul. Several industry insiders have come forward with accusations against the “bad boy” founder. Of course, there’s no way to prove the accusations, which is why Diddy awaits trial on multiple charges. However, given the allegations against the tycoon, some of his footage has been viewed differently. The internet dug up a clip of Diddy talking about his wild partying. TMZ recently broke a report in which the mogul told partygoers to “put on lotion.”
According to TMZ, the party took place at Diddy’s house in June 2022. It’s believed to be the night after he received the prestigious BET Lifetime Achievement Award, and he appears to still be celebrating. Diddy grabs the mic in the video and asserts that the party is about to take it to the next level. “Gee, everyone needs to make sure their breath is fresh,” he told partygoers. “Make sure you put on lotion.” The mogul then urged marijuana smokers to use mouthwash. He made a statement that women should hit the dance floor no matter what their date wants. The music starts and the clip ends.
The environment can change significantly. Those in attendance didn’t seem fazed by Diddy’s statement. In fact, several comments uploaded by TMZ on YouTube noted that his comments weren’t particularly incriminating. However, the outlet chose it because of the context surrounding Diddy’s accusations. A celebrity photographer recently told the New York Post about a party they attended. Photographer Selma Fonseca claims she has attended 20 to 30 parties since the 1990s.
Fonseca claimed that Diddy’s parties were always lavish, with the best food and the best guests. She does remember one time when her camera was confiscated after she took a photo of Dee Dee with a girl she had never met before. Despite this heated interaction, Fonseca claims she has never seen anything remotely similar to what Diddy is accused of. “I was surprised at the same time because I had never seen anything,” Fonseca asserted. “I’ve seen this guy around a lot…I used to see him maybe once a month or more.” Diddy is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.
