DJ Khaled’s bold decision to crowd surf before a college football game got the reaction you’d expect from social media.
Khalid was a guest on Fox’s Big Noon Kickoff on Saturday (September 28), broadcast live from Orlando, Florida ahead of the game between the University of Central Florida and the University of Colorado.
As his appearance ended, the gregarious man announced off-the-cuff that he would try crowd surfing. After asking the crowd if he was there, Khalid struggled to his feet from the crowd with the help of security guards at the front of the stage.
The crowd seemed to be having a hard time at first, but managed to support Our Best Boss until he walked to the back of the crowd, looking a little distraught.
It didn’t take long for jokes about DJ Khaled to dominate the responses to Big Noon Kickoff’s tweet.
“The biggest fans in the country,” one .
Another fan said Khalid was “a tsunami of people” rather than surfing.

One of the reasons why DJ Khaled always seems so carefree may be his numerous business dealings outside of the hip-hop world.
Most recently, he partnered with Nesquik to launch a cinnamon bun flavor of the popular milk drink.
The drink, called “Another Bun,” has flavors of sweet cinnamon and warm baked dough, and will hit store shelves in August.
“The ideas kept coming, and the team and I came up with it. One more loaf, one more! Khalid announced the news on Instagram.
Saturday’s shenanigans weren’t the only time the versatile man from Miami has taken his talents to the sports world this year.
Over the summer, he and The Kid LAROI were invited to entertain fans attending the first two games of the NHL Stanley Cup Finals.
Game 1 of the best-of-seven series between the Edmonton Oilers and Florida Panthers takes place on June 8. Singers and singers performed for those in attendance.
Khaled followed suit on June 10, performing in the second game of the series. Best of all, some fans will be able to attend both shows for free since both shows are taking place outside Amerant Bank Arena in Sunrise, Florida.
