6ix9ine’s ex-girlfriend Yailin La Más Viral has filed a lawsuit against the rapper, claiming that he physically, sexually, mentally and financially abused her and retaliated against her through revenge porn.
Yailin (real name Jorgina Lulu Guillermo Diaz) has made multiple accusations that her ex-husband stole thousands of dollars from her by manipulating and forcing her to undergo plastic surgery, according to documents obtained by TMZ on Friday (September 20). Power was exerted over her and she was drugged throughout their relationship.
She also said that when she broke up with him last month – which she said was due to his alleged theft and fraud – he posted pornographic videos and photos of her on X in retaliation.
Although she noted that the posts have been deleted, she is seeking more than $1 million in damages for the emotional distress caused by them and wants the court to prevent him from posting anything else about her.
In a statement to TMZ, 6ix9ine denied the accusations: “All the jewelry is mine… I bought the car she was riding in… loft shoes [sic] Arrived in the Dominican Republic where I bought…I took care of her family, daughter – she had a two month old when I met her – I had pampers and food for them .
Prior to this latest event, 6ix9ine had been at the peak of his career, with his confidence in himself soaring after performing to a packed house in Romania over the summer.
On July 14, shortly after he took to the beach stage at the Please! music festival in North Dobrodja, the New Yorker shared a clip of his performance in front of a cheering crowd to remind fans and followers or his popularity.
“I could take a lot of time off,” he wrote in the caption. “But I will never stop being the best in rap. In marketing, in videos, in music, in acting.
“Know that this industry is a lie and full of spineless niggas who want to be accepted. This is real life. The haters won’t like this article, but I wouldn’t either if I were them. I Love you [Romanian flag emoij.]”
