Despite their breakup, their relationship seems to be on good terms, and Cardi doesn’t seem to be letting these things slow her down. Earlier this week, the “Enough” rapper took to Twitter/X to give an update on her upcoming album.
The project doesn’t have an official title or release date yet, but fans are hoping it will be released sometime this year. While it’s undetermined whether that will happen, Cardi said she’s working on it. “Now is the critical moment [album emoji] My children,” she wrote simply.

Of course, fans have been waiting for Cardi’s second album for years, ever since she released her debut album Invasion Of Privacy in 2018. Judging from the number of hints she’s given lately, it seems like it’s coming sooner than later. For example, last week she posted the number 11 on her Instagram broadcast channel. The mysterious message has fans speculating. It also reminded them of Cardi’s BET Experience performance in June. During the show, she wore a bedazzled jersey with the number 11 emblazoned on it.
