Akbar V is one of Nicki Minaj’s strongest defenders and she wants to clear the air in court. Additionally, she recently tweeted some interesting claims regarding a $5 million lawsuit filed against the Trinidad MC by a former superfan, accusing her of defamation and abuse. Apparently, Nikki is ready with a countersuit, but that doesn’t mean Akbar can’t contribute to her defense…well, at least online. Additionally, she claims there is evidence that paints the former Barb as a manipulator and the one who instigated many of these complicated relationships, so we’ll see what happens.
Akbar V defends Nicki Minaj: “I’m going to go to court and tell the judge how he screwed up and acted like he was Team Nicki.” “So @NICKIMINAJ give me a court date Date, he texted me several times and I received texts and calls. This is the same person who sent me all these texts and then went into the @ArmonWiggins space and acted like I was after Nicki.
Akbar V wants to defend Nicki Minaj in court
Elsewhere, Akbar V defended Nicki Minaj in another way Latto didn’t call her “goat girl,” choosing Lil Kim instead. “Lil Kim is the GOAT…” Akbar’s message began. “She and Little Fox have gone off and done a lot for us female rappers, as have Eve, Missy Elliott and others, but what if things stagnate and no record labels want to sign female rappers?
“Who will open the door and have the longest run in history, Nicki Minaj…” Akbar V offered, indicating that the “GOAT” conversation is an ever-evolving one. “So let’s not say Kim is the GOAT of all time because no one can catch it, that’s @NICKIMINAJ…give that damn girl flowers when they’re due and you don’t have to deal with each other, But keep a bunch of them.
