DaBaby goes after DaniLeigh’s brother in a new diss song that addresses the $4 million assault lawsuit the Carolina rapper is facing.
In the song, which features a simple piano melody, hi-hats and DaBaby’s signature flow, the emcee attacks Brandon Beals’ character.
He raps: “He used to be in the gang, now you’re suing me, right? / That bad shit, he don’t wanna do it anymore / Leave the scene, don’t wanna have anything to do with that whore / Get out of the house before I go , put away my tools first.

Earlier this year, DaBaby was accused of dodging a process server trying to deliver notice of a lawsuit filed by the brother of his ex-girlfriend, who was violently attacked by DaBaby and his entourage at a bowling alley in 2022.
According to court documents obtained by Radar Online, Danny’s brother Brandon Beals hired a public investigator to track down the 32-year-old rapper, but his efforts were unsuccessful.
He further claimed that process servers had tried to serve documents to DaBaby in his home state of North Carolina, as well as in California, where he now lives, but in both cases they were unable to locate him.
Police investigated the incident and hope to charge the rapper with assault with a deadly weapon, although he insists his actions were a result of self-defense. The investigation was halted when Beals refused to cooperate with authorities in the criminal case.
Back in January, a bowling alley in Los Angeles called the Corbin Bowl filed a response denying any wrongdoing alleged by Beals, who also filed a lawsuit against the venue.
After the incident, Bill was covered in blood and slipped down the driveway. In the painful footage, the rapper can be seen throwing the first punch at the defendant.
After Bill fell to the ground, Babe’s men surrounded him and began punching and kicking him, causing several visible cuts and bruises on his face.
The altercation comes just months after Beals said he was upset with the way things were going after DaBaby and DaniLeigh’s breakup. Tensions between the former couple came to a head in a heated argument shortly after their split, leading to her being accused of assaulting the rapper in 2021.
