Kanye West has added a new lyric to “Forever” from his album Vultures 2 with Ty Dolla $ign as they continue to update the two-week project.
West has been revising the project, which as of Friday (August 16) has now added a poem. While the first part of the poem is taken from the original version, the updated track finds West adding to the song and exploring the concept of our time on Earth.
On the new version, Yeezy raps: “Just to cope, just a word of hope that maybe, like/maybe, maybe, if, time didn’t exist/four billion years of this bitch/these lifetimes, just a flash in the pan.”
Check out the new verse below, along with all the other changes and additions made to Vultures 2 since its August 3rd release.

The updated Vultures 2 brings many surprises.
On Friday (August 16), Ye and Ty dropped four additional songs on their second collaborative project, which features some high-profile guests. Kid Cudi appears on the previously heard “Gun to My Head,” while Travis Scott makes a guest appearance on “Can U Be;” “Drunk” stars Kodak Black and Latin superstar Peso Pluma.
Each song is included in a separate digital deluxe version of the album.
The pair previously updated Vultures 2 days after its release and revealed more “surprises” in store.
The first major update to the album was some changes to 6 of the project’s original 16 songs.
Some of the most notable tweaks occurred on the Leon Bridges-sampled “River,” which featured completely different drums, removed some sound effects, and used a completely new mix to enhance the vocals.
“Fried” also discovers new, seemingly unmastered improvisations and different combinations.
Some of the sound effects in “530” have been changed from the original version, mainly the sound of pouring drinks, and distortion has been added to some vocals.
As part of the initial update, Field Trip, Castle in the Sky, and Death have also been adjusted.
Two days later, a digital deluxe version of the long-delayed album was released via Kanye’s website, which included a new song called “Take Off Your Dress.”
In the soulful sample, Yeezy references prescription drugs and Lil Uzi Vert, rapping: “Hit me after church/It ain’t big drugstore, but fucking Yeezy got Percs, huh?/You do what you wanna do now/ Like you Lil Uzi Vert or something.
Later, he named Donda’s collaborator Westside Gunn in a clever pun, saying: “Kill these guys like Griselda Blanco Such a bitch/When we’re out west, the gun’s in Lake Tahoe.
