Waka Flocka is cautious about supporting Donald Trump in the 2024 presidential election.

On Wednesday (July 31), Waqa explained his position on the Consistent.

“Trump is still my president and I don’t have to stand in a red hat or dance or be on stage just to put money in my pocket,” he began. “It doesn’t push me in that direction… It’s my choice, just like I choose not to eat pork, but it would make me hate pork lovers or disrespect their character… nor would I act like Same with politics…I just want my rights.

He continued in another post: “My freedom, equality, men/women paying the price for bad policing, women having rights and making choices for themselves, teachers being paid more, the list goes on, But hey, I’m just a little artist with a weak voice and I know no one is listening.

People were quick to respond and let him know that if these were the things he was passionate about, he was looking for the wrong candidate.

“Speak of Brotta – I know you are a financial genius – you know how to make a dollar, but politics is not your thing,” one person wrote.

Someone else said: “Police? So are you going to vote for the guy who talks at his own rallies about giving the police complete immunity? The guy who puts judges in the courtroom actually takes away women’s rights. You can’t be that shameless .

Another added: “You got hacked? Men/women paying the price for bad policing is completely contrary to his platform; when he talks about immunity. He wants to end public education, not increase teacher pay , and he’s completely against federally mandated bodily autonomy for women Come on, dog, you villain?

Trump is still my president, I don’t have to stand around in a red hat, dance or stage, have money in my pocket… nothing pushes me in this direction… it’s my choice, just like I choose not to eat pork, But does that make me an annoying pork lover or disrespectful of their personality…nor will I act like…

Politics is mine…I just want my rights. My freedom, equality, men/women pay the price for bad policing, women have rights and make choices for themselves, teachers get paid better, the list goes on but hey, I’m just a little entertainer with a weak voice I know No. 1 is listening

Waka Floca made it clear he was serious about his support for the controversial former president when he performed in Salt Lake City, Utah, last month, ordering any Joe Biden voters in the crowd to leave.

“All Joe Biden voters, get out of my concert,” he told the paying audience midway through the show. “We’ll see you at bingo. We’re throwing a party for T24 now.

Waqa Floca publicly endorsed Trump last year despite publicly disavowing him in the past.

In an October post on X, the “Hard in da Paint” hitmaker made it clear who he would be voting for in the upcoming election, writing: “TRUMP2024.”

He later shared a photo of himself standing next to the businessman-turned-politician in front of the presidential seal, using it as his profile picture.

Floca’s post was a U-turn because just a few years ago, he was publicly criticizing the former president.

In 2015, during Trump’s tumultuous term in office, the rapper tweeted: “Fuck Donald J. Trump.”

During the same period, he said in an interview with SiriusXM: “I will not vote for Donald Trump because he is for money. At a time like this, we need someone who serves the people, and Trump definitely does not serve the people. .

However, Vaca’s tone changed a few years later, when he was awarded a lifetime achievement award signed into law by the Trump administration before leaving office in January 2021.
