Soulja Boy, born DeAndre Cortez Way on July 28, 1990, recently celebrated her 34th birthday! HNHH wishes the Chicago, IL rapper a belated happy birthday and from what we’ve seen online, it looks like he’s celebrating a big moment! The self-proclaimed first do-it-all rapper in the industry is doing Big Draco things like driving a brand new Tesla Cybertruck. He also performed with Bow Wow at SeaWorld. But perhaps the most important thing Soulja Boy did over the weekend was launch his new album, Swag Season, on the day he was born. This marks his second project release and is the follow-up to February’s Swag 6.
Swag Season may be a slight sequel to 2023’s Soulja Season, with the tape being much shorter in comparison. There are 9 songs in total and are only 22 minutes and 12 seconds long. However, Soulja Boy really ups the ante here, clocking in 24 cuts in its 55-minute runtime. Looking back at his recent single catalog, Swag Season seems filled with brand new material. However, it makes sense considering Soulja announced that the project will return on July 12th via social media. Throughout the album you’ll see the signature Draco, which means a lot of bragging, confidence and arrogance.
