Diddy once again became the target of netizens when he decided to send a birthday message to his 18-year-old daughter on Instagram.
The post, published on Saturday night (July 20), included two photos: one of Chance as a teenager and another of Diddy holding her as a child. The caption read: “My baby girl turns 18 today. I’m so proud of you, Chance. I love you. @myfancychance.” Within 15 minutes of Diddy posting the photo, his comments section was bombarded with negative comments .
“You have to pray she never meets someone like you,” one person quipped, while another said, “Hopefully no one treats her like you did to Cassie.” Of course, they were referring to their ex-girlfriends Cassie Ventura’s accusations against Diddy in last year’s explosive lawsuit. Ventura, who accused the Bad Boy Records founder of sexual assault and domestic violence, was cleared when CNN released old surveillance video of Diddy kicking and hitting her in a Los Angeles hotel.

Diddy is currently facing multiple lawsuits from several different people, each accusing him of various forms of misconduct and abuse. Each lawsuit describes a pattern of conduct that included physical abuse, sexual harassment and financial exploitation.
In addition to the high-profile case brought by Cassie Ventura, other former colleagues and employees have come forward with their own accusations. They claim Diddy created a hostile work environment, manipulated contracts for his own benefit and used his power and influence to silence dissent. The growing number of legal challenges suggests this is a widespread problem that transcends individual cases and raises serious questions about Diddy’s professional and personal conduct.
The wave of lawsuits against Diddy has sent shockwaves through the entertainment industry where he has long dominated. As more accusations surfaced, his reputation was increasingly tarnished and business partners severed ties. The legal action has not only drained his finances but also threatens to unravel his vast empire spanning music, fashion and media. The outcome of these cases is likely to set an important legal precedent for accountability and misconduct in the industry, highlighting the need for stronger protection and support for victims.
Meanwhile, a New York grand jury is trying to decide whether to formally indict Diddy after the Department of Homeland Security raided two of Diddy’s homes.
Diddy is the father of seven children: sons Quincy, Justin and Christian, daughters Chance, D’Lila, Jessie and youngest daughter Love born in 2022.
