Ray J recently shared two thoughts on his former best friend Diddy’s past abusive behavior. The “One Wish” singer said the disgraced business tycoon needed a “public cheer” for attacking ex-girlfriend Cassie.
Ray J hopes Didi pays a physical price for hurting Cassie
The latest episode of the Club Shay Shay podcast starring Ray J aired on YouTube on Wednesday (June 5). How the show feels about Diddy and his accusations of violence against Cassie. In response, Ray J apologized to the singer for not knowing Sean Combs was abusing her in his presence.
“Cassie you’re strong,” Ray J says at 2:37:58 in the video below. “You know we’re talking about your situation, so with all due respect, I’m sorry for everything that’s happened to you. I’ve always been there for you. I’ve been there for you guys. I never knew, you know what I’m saying? Even though Just apologizing for the sake of continuing to exist.
Elsewhere in the sit-down, Ray J addressed the disturbing footage CNN obtained of Diddy physically attacking Cassie in 2016. He will only truly gain public forgiveness when beaten.
“This brother needs the public’s cheers,” Ray J said at 2:40:14 in the video. “That’s the only right way to do it. The public cheers.”

Video shows Diddy physically harming Cassie
On May 17, CNN released a video from 2016 in which Diddy viciously attacks Cassie at a Los Angeles hotel. In the video, Diddy chases the singer as she briskly walks down the hallway trying to leave. Once Dee Dee caught up with Cassie, he grabbed her by the neck and threw her to the ground. He then kicked her multiple times and pulled her shirt.

Although Ray J vowed in a new interview with Shannon Sharpe that he would never be cool with the Bad Boy Records founder again, he explained why celebrities are going crazy in videos He appeared to be reserving judgment after reports of previously undisclosed allegations against Didi.
On April 6, TMZ stopped Ray J from talking about Diddy’s legal troubles and asked why famous people weren’t sharing their thoughts on the matter.
“I think a lot of people just want to understand it. Understand what it is and what it’s not, you know,” Ray J says 30 seconds into the video. “That’s still a big question mark.” The video follows.
