Rapper Ice Spice, best known for her viral song “Munch,” has finally announced the release of her debut full-length album, Y2K. The album title references her birth year, 2000, and according to Billboard, the project won’t be too long.
To hype up the album, the rapper also released a song earlier this year that divided fans. That’s probably understandable, considering its title is “Think U the Shit.” That said, J Cole has received almost no criticism for similar bars (double standard perhaps?)

Regardless, the Bronx rapper is known for churning out hits, so best believe this album will be packed with hard-hitting jams. Y2K artwork has also been released, featuring the rapper in her natural habitat; in New York, on the subway, next to a fire hydrant, wearing Dior shorts covered in graffiti. If the energy of the cover is any indication, this album is going to have a different flavor. Some are what we’ve come to expect from the “Monk” rapper, and some may (we hope) put the doubters to shame.
Following this announcement, the rapper also announced that he will embark on a world tour with Cash Cobain and Riotusa starting on July 4, 2024. and location!
