Bay Area native San Quinn is back with another recently dropped project, the “Fillmohr” EP, which was titled after the neighborhood where they grew up. The 5-track EP was produced entirely by Bay Area native Bobby California. “Fillmohr” returns with another raw street lyricism exploring the mix of sounds. The intro “Ceviche” showcases a trap sound that leans into the gangsta hardcore sound of “Hold Up” and “LLC”. Finally, “Ballad of a Menace” and “Live For” conclude with a smooth rhythm.
Quinn explains why he’s still one of the best in the San Francisco underground. Quinn is known for being one quarter of Get Low Playaz and their work with other Bay Area residents like Berner, E-40, Andre Nickatina and Messy Marv. Bobby California is known for his work with underground bands such as Immortal Technique, Chino XL and 60 East.
