Kanye West’s former assistant is suing the rap mogul for sexual harassment and other charges.
Lauren Pisciotta claims in the lawsuit that West recruited her while developing the Yeezy clothing line. She also produced about three songs for “Donda,” which will be released in 2021. She sued him for breach of contract, sexual harassment, wrongful termination and hostile work environment.
Before joining Kanye, Lauren worked as a model for OnlyFans, earning $1 million a year. After working with the rapper for a year, she claims he asked her to delete her OnlyFans account and promised to pay her $1 million a year if she did so. Pisciotta said in her case that she agreed to do so.
She claimed Kanye began sexually harassing her via text messages and phone calls soon after, TMZ reported. “See my problem is, I want to fuck, but after I’m done, I want a girl to tell me how hard they got fucked when I fucked them,” according to a series read on the site Message archive. “Then I want her to cheat on me.”
Lauren claimed Kanye would masturbate during their phone conversations and claimed the musician asked her if she could hear or guess what he was doing. In addition to the explicit texts and phone calls, she claimed she received sexual videos and photos, including one involving Kanye having sex with a model.
She was later promoted to chief of staff at several of his companies, earning an annual salary of $4 million. Pisciotta was fired in October 2022 and accepted a $3 million severance package, which she claims she never received.
