50 Cent is suing his ex-girlfriend Daphne Joy, accusing him of rape in March.
50 Cent files lawsuit against Daphne Joy
“50 Cent” Curtis Jackson filed suit against Joey in court on Monday (May 6). According to documents obtained by XXL on Tuesday (May 7), Fif filed a defamation lawsuit against Joy in Harris County District Court in Texas. The lawsuit alleges that the 50-year-old’s attorneys sent Joy a cease-and-desist letter asking her to withdraw an Instagram post accusing the Queens rapper of beating and raping her. She allegedly refused and demanded millions of dollars to have the post removed and for 50 people to drop their custody lawsuit over her son, Sire.
50 is seeking more than $1 million in damages in the lawsuit, claiming false accusations could harm his business association.
50 Cent’s attorney has released a statement about the new lawsuit to XXL.
“Although Ms. Narvaez had ample opportunity to withdraw her false and malicious accusations of retaliation, she [Daphne Joy] The statement read: “Shamefully chose to interfere with her 11-year-old son’s relationship with his loving father by falsely calling him a ‘rapist.’ The motivation behind this appears to be Ms. Narvaez’s unfortunate entanglement with Mr. Misplaced loyalty.” Coombs, who we believe was behind the attack, and Mr. Jackson had been warning Ms. Narvaez and others for years. “

Daphne Joy makes serious claims against 50 Cent
50 Cent dated Daphne Joy from 2011 to 2012 and have a son named Sire, who was born in September 2012. It came after “Lil Rod” named Daphne Joy in his bombshell amended lawsuit against Puff Daddy. In the lawsuit, Jones claims Joey and Yung Miami were Diddy’s sex workers. 50 Cent reacted to the news by laughing at Joey’s accusations. He then immediately applied for guardianship of His Majesty. That same day, Joy published an IG post on her page accusing 50 people of abusing and sexually assaulting her during their relationships.
“I’m tired of maintaining and protecting the image of our son that you never earned,” Joy wrote in part. “Let us put the real focus on your truly evil act of raping me and physically abusing me. You are no longer my oppressor and my God will deal with you from now on. You have permanently destroyed my view of your actions A Father’s Last Hope In order to protect our family, we are heartbroken by these last and final false accusations that you have leveled against me.
50 Cent denied the accusations in a statement released to XXL.
“In the recent court case involving Daphne Joy, the mother of my twelve-year-old child, disturbing allegations were made in a sworn complaint requiring me to take all necessary legal action to protect my son,” the statement read. Your Majesty. “The recent false and baseless accusations made by Daphne Joy are clearly in response to my decision to seek sole custody of my son. My son’s father is my top priority and keeping him in a safe environment is my top priority. The only focus right now.
