Despite early speculation online that he was dead, credible reports confirm that he survived the crash and is now in a stable condition.
Hospital footage showed Lil Woody had obvious face and shoulder injuries on his neck stent.
In the video shared on the hospital bed, he conveyed a message by gritting his teeth.
“Whatever happens, pray,” he said. “Seeking forgiveness. God will pass through at all costs, even in your miserable time.”
His medical team or representatives did not make an official statement, but sources close to the situation confirmed that he was recovering and recovering.
The timing of the incident also sparked speculation, as it reignited tensions in the Atlanta hip-hop scene shortly after Lil Woody’s name leaked, shortly after Young Thug’s police interrogation audio leaked.
Hours before the crash, Lil Woody posted several videos on his Instagram story.
One showed him a small plane flying over the city and said he was praying for Atlanta. Another showed him to attend church with his nephew. Later, I saw him having fun at the party before the accident.
This is not the first time Lil Woody has made headlines this year. He was reportedly arrested for illegally dragging racing cars in Atlanta in June 2025.
