Male prosecutor says planning a murder of young Dorf gets out
The trial ended on Thursday (August 21), Hernandez Govan, a man accused of being a middleman between the shooter and the man who allegedly ordered the order on the Memphis rhyme. After more than two hours of deliberation, the jury found Govan not guilty of first-degree murder and conspiracy to murder first-degree murder. After reading the verdict, Gowan hugged his lawyer. Young dolphin murder case
Govan is one of three men accused of being directly involved in the 2021 killing of young Dorff, who was shot by two masked guns inside Makeda’s homemade butter cookies in Memphis. On November 17, 2021, two masked gunmen. One of the shooters, Justin Johnson, was found guilty at the trial last September and was sentenced to jail at his trial and sentenced to a 35-year-old prison sentence to life. Second shooter Cornelius Smith admitted that he was involved in the murder and testified Johnson and Govan in exchange for a reduced verdict.
Prosecutors accused Yo Gotti’s brother Anthony “Big Jook” Mims Mims, who invested a $100,000 bounty on Dolph due to an ongoing dispute, and Govan tried to cash out by recruiting Johnson and Smith to kill the rapper. Smith told the jury during two trials that Gowan, along with him and Johnson, killed Dolph and asked for a $10,000 cut to set up. However, the jury disagreed with Govan’s involvement in the case.
Last January, Big Jock was shot dead in Memphis.
