After the judge once again denied his bonds, it is necessary to release YNW Melly’s silver lining today before his double murder retrial.
Florida judge detains YNW Melly, awaiting high-profile murder retrial
NBC 6 South Florida reported that on May 12 (May 12), Judge Martin S. Fein once again ruled against YNW Melly’s bond request so that he must stay in prison until the retrial begins in September this year. The Florida rapper has been imprisoned for six years and is accused of killing Ynw Juvy and Ynw Sakchaser in 2018 and in 2018. He faces two counts of first-degree murder. If convicted, he can live in prison.
This marks the third time the judge denies Mellie’s claim to be free before retrial. Last November, he filed a lawsuit against the Broward County Sheriff’s Office, demanding immediate release. Mellie, 26, is currently in jail at the Broward County Jail and has been in jail since 2019.

On May 6, the controversial artist returned to court with his legal team to plead for Bond. After cutting off his fears at the beginning of the year, Mellie sat next to the lawyer, wearing a suit and noticeably short hair as the judge read many motions, from emergency medical services to Bond.
At a recent bond hearing, the defense proposed that YNW Melly’s record company 300 Entertainment would publish the currency amount on the monetary amount of a bond signed by the judge. Melly will also be arrested, wearing ankle monitor, and if released is allowed, there is safety. Although Judge Fein heard what Melis’s council said, he did not approve the motion to release the rhyme.
