Ye is being sued by a model who claims he strangled her until she passed out while filming a music video.
Ye faces new lawsuit
On Friday (November 22), TMZ broke the news that Ye is facing another lawsuit. This time, model Jennifer An is accusing the rapper and producer of gagging and choking her during a 2010 music video shoot. Jennifer An claimed that she participated in Ye He’s filming. There, Donda’s creator developed a strange liking for her, allegedly telling staff, “Give me that Asian girl.”
An claimed that Ye asked her to sit across from him while the camera focused on her. He then began strangling her with his hands, covering her face, and then “stuffed several fingers down her throat, moving them in and out, gagging her and simulating forced oral sex.”
Ye allegedly yelled, “This is art. This fucking art. I’m like Picasso,” which she claimed was more of a “porn gag/deepthroat/BDSM fetish” than a music video. This scene also didn’t make the final cut for the song’s video, with only Ye involved in the mixing.
An is reportedly suing Ye and UMG for gender violence.
XXL has reached out to Ye’s team and his attorney for comment.

Yip faces more claims
This is the third time this year that Ye has faced sexual misconduct accusations. Back in June, his former assistant Lauren Pisciotta sued him for breach of contract, sexual harassment, wrongful termination and hostile work environment. That same month, singer Niykee Heaton accused Ye and Diddy of trying to sexually assault her when she was 19.
