A Baltimore woman claims in court documents that T.I. punched, kicked, stalked and harassed her despite the rapper’s recent arrest for mistaken identity.
Woman claims TI physically harmed her
More details have been released about the chaotic events surrounding TI’s recent arrest. According to a report by the Baltimore Standard on Wednesday (August 7), the matter originated from a woman named Crystal Gorham. Earlier this year, Gorham filed charges against a man who she claims assaulted her multiple times and threatened her life. This resulted in the woman being cited on two counts of second-degree assault.
More than a month later, Gorham reportedly filed charges of first- and second-degree assault, use of a firearm during the commission of a violent crime and related offenses against the woman’s husband, who she claimed beat, stalked and harassed her. She named the man Clifford Harris Jr., TI’s government name, and even used the rapper’s birth date. However, she listed a Baltimore address.
A district court commissioner issued an arrest warrant for Tip after the woman’s two-page statement came to the attention of U.S. Customs and Border Protection. He was arrested on August 4.

A statement. “We are investigating the circumstances of the charges and arrest warrants related to this case,” he added.
