Westside Gunn has confirmed that his next album is officially finished. On Sunday night, he posted a lengthy post on Instagram giving an update on not only new music, but his life in general. He first described the post as a “health check” as fans have been concerned about his performance.
“A lot of people hit me in my DMs just to make sure I’m okay and I’m okay mentally/physically because I’m not out there like that so I’m just posting this to let you guys know I’m still super fly every day god! He further wrote. “I’m still the best dad I know, I’m still on my fourth rope, I’m still creating new ideas to attack the culture, I’ve been designing some incredible pieces, and yes, I Enough is my new album and as you can see physically I’m looking better than ever and mentally I think I’m more focused than ever and since I lost my brother I’m on A completely different view of life, but more so than before…fuck these NI$$ as God! One year ago this month, Gunn released his fifth studio album, Then You Prayed For Me . The project is a sequel to his 2020 album Pray for Paris. Most recently, he collaborated with Conway the Machine and The Alchemist on the single “Halal” earlier this year.
