Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign are proving the rumors are true: they’re bringing their “Vultures Listening Experience” show to South Korea.
Last month, after West attended an event in Tokyo, reports speculated that the controversial rapper and producer would soon play a show in nearby South Korea.
Now this has been confirmed, as Ty shared on Saturday (July 6) that the “Vultures” event will take place in South Korea on August 23.

It’s been a rocky road to the “Vulture Listening Experience” where the two artists perform music from the Vulture collaborative album in front of an audience.
In March, the duo announced shows in Tennessee, Pennsylvania, Washington, D.C., North Carolina and Florida.
But on March 30, all of those listings were removed from Ye’s Ticketmaster page, and some of the venues where he was scheduled to appear announced they would no longer be hosting the event.
PPG Paints Arena (Pittsburgh), Capital One Arena (Washington, D.C.), Spectrum Center (Charlotte) and Bridgestone Arena (Nashville) removed the event from their websites, while Amalie Arena in Tampa and Amerant Bank Arena in Fort Lauderdale shared news about the cancellation.
“We regret to report that due to the limited time Ye and Ty Dolla $ign had to plan the production and meet logistical requirements, the upcoming dates for the VULTURES 1 and 2 listening experiences will need to be revisited at a later date,” both venues posted information.
Charlotte.com Clture reports that a Spectrum Center representative told them the Charlotte show is “officially” no longer happening.
Meanwhile, the pair have been missing the release date of their planned Vultures 2 album.
Kanye said in an interview with Justin Laboy that his second collaborative project with Ty will be released on May 3, but the album has not yet been released on streaming services.
Most recently, in an interview with Billboard on June 20, Ty promised that a sequel for the duo is imminent.
“We got all the songs. Basically, it was like, ‘How do we get there? How do we make it bigger than the first album?” he explains.
He added: “Some people might expect you to make the exact same sound. But that sound is already out.
Earlier that month, Ty updated him on the status of the long-delayed project and revealed more about the album with Ye.
Appearing on a Kick livestream with Russian YouTuber Vitaly Zdorovetskiy, he said: “It’s being pulled as fast as possible. Condor 2 is on the way. Coming soon. Any day now. Could be tomorrow.”
When a fan on the live stream asked if “Vultures 2” would be available on streaming platforms or just on Kanye’s YZY app, Ty replied: “On the app.”
