Two men have been found guilty of all charges in the PnB Rock murder trial.
Earlier today, it took just a few hours for a jury to convict Freddie Trone of personally planning the murder, sending his 17-year-old son to Roscoe to rob the late Rapper. His son was recently deemed incompetent to stand trial by a judge.
Trone was found guilty of felony murder, two counts of robbery and one count of conspiracy, Rolling Stone reported. Tremont Jones, who prosecutors say was the first to tip off Tron, also faces two counts of robbery and one count of conspiracy.
PnB Rock’s mother, Deannea Allen, told Rolling Stone that she was delighted with the decision. “I wanted to jump up and scream, ‘Hallelujah.'” I’m glad it was quick. We demand justice for Rakim. I feel better knowing they will be in jail for a long time.
The pair’s sentencing will take place in less than three weeks on August 27.
