Tory Lanez lost the appeal, including alleged new evidence to overturn his conviction for shooting Megan Thee stallion.
Lanez petitioned the court, including new testimony from his driver, which was not used in the initial trial, but was rejected.
He also tried to include the testimony of Kelsey Harris security guard in Kelsey Harris rejected by the court.
Despite the setbacks, Lannis’s main call will continue to begin oral debate next week.

Canadian rappers were recently attacked in prison.
Although prison staff reportedly responded to the attack immediately, Lannis was stabbed 14 times and was taken to the hospital before Lannis quickly helped.
Lanez suffered severe injuries from the attack, and his two lungs collapsed, causing him to be placed on a ventilator by a doctor, but he has since recovered.
Lannis’s prison attack video was also leaked to the public, revealing the painful stabbing.
The horrible footage was captured by CCTV cameras but was obscured by an object, showing Lannis on the prison stairwell.
Then, he appears to be attacked by Santino Cosio, who climbs onto the top of Lanez and repeatedly stabs the rapper in the torso while trying to get out of the situation.
The lens seems to eliminate Cosio’s claim that he is defending himself.
In an interview TMZCosio claimed that he heard Lannis in the jail intend to attack him and placed the bounty on his head.
Casio added that he then crossed the path with the Canadian rapper and he saw something in his pocket.
The criminal said he believed it was a weapon to attack Lannis.
Casio and Lanez were once based on neighboring cells and allegedly had previous positive correlations.
Not sure what caused their relationship to break down, and Casio claimed to be stabbed during melee.
In response to the interview, Lannis’ legal team said: “Recent attempts toward his life have been brutal and fierce, highlighting the obvious and current dangers he faces when he is imprisoned. Any claim to the contrary, especially those sentenced to life imprisonment for outrageous crimes is not only basic, but ridiculous, and ridiculous.”
