TI has never been afraid to reinvent itself. From chart-topping rapper to entrepreneur, activist, and now stand-up comedian. Tip “TI” Harris officially adds another chapter to his growing career with the release of his first comedy special, Cheaper Than Cure, which will premiere exclusively on TipAintFunny.com on December 24, 2025.
The special marks a landmark moment for Harris, who has been quietly and consistently building comedy credibility over the past few years. While some artists have embraced stand-up comedy as a side mission, Cheaper Than Therapy makes it clear that it’s not a novelty. It’s the pinnacle of intention, commitment, and growth.

Known for his keen observation and unfiltered honesty, TI’s penchant for telling raw stories has made him a hip-hop icon. Now, the bars have been replaced by punchlines. Drawing from family dynamics, fame, street life, relationships and the absurdities of modern culture, Harris delivers a set of scenes that feel more like candid dialogue than polished acting.
The purpose of being cheaper than treatment is not for safety or disinfection. It’s intentionally rough, rooted in lived experience, and driven by a genuine sense of humor. TI doesn’t shy away from controversy, discomfort, or self-reflection. In fact, he was engaged, turning life lessons into laughs with the same confidence he had when he was in the booth.
