2025 brings new beginnings for several women in hip-hop, who recently announced they are expecting babies this year.
Rapper announces pregnancy
While 2024 includes rappers like Cardi B, who gave birth to her third child with Offset, and Kaliii, who welcomes her child with boyfriend, NFL receiver Justyn Ross, more female MCs are revealing that they Will be pregnant in 2025.
Last month, Flo Milli revealed she was pregnant with her first child after her pregnancy photos went viral. She previously claimed she was just bloated and that’s why she got the joke. Flo has since announced that she is giving birth to a girl and has continued to show off her pregnancy progress on social media.
Coi Leray is also due to give birth to her first child later this year. The “Players” rapper revealed the news to fans in an Instagram post on New Year’s Day. Coi announced that she and boyfriend Trippie Redd are going to be new parents.
“I’m a rockstar mom. We’re ready for 2025,” she captioned the post, which showed a carousel of photos of the couple showing off her pregnant belly.
The two rappers rekindled their relationship this summer after dating in 2019. In November 2023, Trippi announced that he was the father of a baby boy, but later revealed that DNA testing proved that he was not the father.
