Ye’s former assistant is suing the rapper and producer for sexual harassment, and she has amended her lawsuit to include allegations that Ye was drugged during a studio session she co-hosted with Diddy.
Plaintiff Ye amended the lawsuit
On Oct. 12, TMZ reported an update on the lawsuit filed in June by Ye’s former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta. According to the celebrity news site, Pisciotta amended her lawsuit to make more claims. Pisciotta now claims she was drugged while attending a studio session with Ye, allegedly co-hosted by Diddy.
“Drinks were offered to her and others in attendance and it was subsequently announced that everyone would have to drink if they wanted to stay,” the lawsuit states. “After taking a few sips of the drink, the studio assistant followed Kanye West aka Ye’s The drink was poured and handed to her by Kanye West, and the plaintiff suddenly began to feel disoriented.”
Pisciotta claimed she remembered nothing the next day, but later asked Ye about the incident, and Ye reportedly confirmed they had sex. Pisciotta did not accuse Diddy of any wrongdoing.
XXL has reached out to Ye’s attorney and Diddy’s team for comment.
As previously reported, Pisciotta sued Ye in June, claiming that Ye sent her sexually explicit text messages, including videos of him having sex, while she was his assistant. Pisciotta also claimed she was tasked with finding women for Ye and his wife, Bianca Sensori, to sleep with.
Ye’s lawyers have strongly denied these claims. He accused Pisciotta of racketeering.
