The official music video for The Weeknd’s “Popular” featuring Madonna and Playboi Carti has finally been released.
The song was originally released last June to promote Abel’s show Idol on HBO. While the show received mixed reviews from audiences and critics, this particular song became a hit around the world.
In the music video, all three artists filmed their performances in the comfort of their own surroundings, with no shared editing. The song was produced by Metro Boomin, Mike Dean and Rush – watch the video below.
