Since then, the alleged 2016 incidents continue to plague producer Metro Boomin. According to a lawsuit filed in 2024 by Vanessa Lemaistre, she was drowsy after taking Xanax and alcohol, and just to wake up, she found Metro Boomin r*ping her. A legal representative of Vanessa’s team commented in a conversation with the Rolling Stones: “We look forward to having Mr. Wayne accountable before the jury who travelled with him.”
The incident allegedly caused Vanessa to have to do abortion through impregnation and abortion, especially considering that she encountered Metro after losing her 9-month-old son. However, Metro’s team strongly denied any misconduct, claimed to be shakedown and would fight the case in court. Importantly, it is important here that the previously ongoing discussions on solutions to the supervision of retired judges have not been successful, and therefore the trial of Metro Boomin has not been avoided. According to his team, he refused to pay Vanessa in the past, but he still refused to make peace.
Interestingly, Vanessa’s statement also refers to Metro Boomin’s “Rap Saved Me”, which includes 21 Savage and Quavo, which is clearly discussed here with the incident carefully. The problematic article is:
“She took a Xanny and she fainted / I fell out of the gutter and didn’t hang / I hanged out of the gutter and rap saved me / She drove me crazy and gave birth to my baby.”
Now, no one knows the truth, but the trial began on September 23, 2025, so stay tuned for more updates to the case.
