Taylor Swift and Billie Eilish have the same clock

Flavor Flavor blessing Billie Eilish with a personalized bell chain on Oscar night wasn’t a PR stunt… instead, the Public Enemy rapper told us he wanted to crown her even if she didn’t win an Academy Award for the winner.

TMZ Hip Hop connected with Flav this week as he enjoyed a big night out on the town after the Oscars…and he was the life of the party, as always.

Flav surprised Billie with a personalized Rock N Stones clock after the 22-year-old became the youngest two-time Oscar winner… thanks to her The “Barbie” song “What Was I Made For?” won Best Original Song.

He called Billie a generational talent and was proud to know her. Who knows, maybe they’ll come to the studio one day? ? ?

Taylor Swift is also lucky enough to have a Flav clock – he reserves them for the best and makes sure TS gets one at all costs!

Flav kept some flowers for himself, too, since he’ll be returning to reality TV this year to document his journey toward earning his high school diploma!

Hat tip to Adam Sandler…his movie “Billy Madison” made it a gimmick, but Flav says despite his huge success in hip-hop, he never stopped dreaming of getting his diploma, No, he won’t settle for a GED.
