T.I. and Boosie Badazz scold son for carrying gun in music video

T.I. and Boosie Badazz have some words to say about their respective sons carrying guns in newly revealed music video clips.

The video, which appeared on social media on Tuesday (September 24), is undated but appears to have been filmed in 2023, around the time King Harris sported blue hair.

In the video, the two veteran rappers question the kids’ choices, with Boosie asking, “Why do you guys always wanna have guns?” Tip chimes in, “Man, what’s with the guns?”

When King said it wasn’t illegal, Tip countered that not only did they appear to be pretending to carry weapons because it didn’t fit their lifestyle, but there would be more legal trouble if the police showed up and asked for a gun permit. Needs to be processed.

The video King and Tootie Raw are working on has yet to be released, and there’s no word on whether it will.

Both TI and Boosie Badazz have serious gun-related charges, with the latter recently being re-indicted in a San Diego gun case.

The case against Busey was recently dismissed, but less than two weeks later he was facing the same charges again for possessing a firearm and ammunition in interstate commerce by a felon.

The Baton Rouge native is also charged with knowingly possessing a firearm while dealing in the abuse of a controlled substance.

The new indictment shows prosecutors are redoubling their efforts to charge Busey and seeking to seize “all firearms and ammunition involved in the crime.”

If convicted, the 41-year-old rapper could also face up to 10 years in prison.

Busey didn’t take the news of his re-indictment well and lashed out on social media.

The case stems from June 2023, when he was arrested as he was leaving court in San Diego, where another gun case had just been dismissed.

Prosecutors initially wanted to keep the “Wipe Me Down” hitmaker behind bars until trial, but he was released on bail and the charges were later dismissed and then re-indicted.
