After months in the making, SZA has finally released her new album LANA, a deluxe edition of her chart-topping album SOS.
SZA unveiled Lana’s album cover on Wednesday (December 18), the long-awaited deluxe edition of her hit album. The singer revealed the release date on Monday, posting a trailer on Instagram starring Ben Stiller and featuring an unreleased song called “Drive.”
Last September, she revealed Lana’s name for the first time during a concert at the Brooklyn Navy Yard in New York, saying that the deluxe version of “SOS” was “like a whole ‘nother album.'”
This luxury set comes more than two years after SZA abandoned SOS. The album contains 23 songs, including five Billboard Hot 100 Top 10 hits: the No. 1 “Kill Bill,” as well as “Snooze,” “I Hate U,” “Good Days” and “Nobody Gets” You”.
SZA will embark on a stadium tour with Kendrick Lamar next year in support of new music.
