Sza stood out among internet critics on May 21 (May 21) after seeing Megan Thee’s face being harassed in connection with the Tory Lanez shooting on the face, calling on those who continue to challenge the court’s verdict.
“I’m actually shocked that PPL is completely comfortable bullying a woman who was proven to be the victim of attack,” Sza wrote on Instagram.
She followed up even clearer words: “Density!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was very shocked by the number of bullying that a woman proved to be attacking?!
The Grammy-winning singer commented on a viral video posted by Instagram user @ThelChinkeOnLawyer, a Georgia criminal defense attorney who questioned why the so-called “new evidence” was introduced at the press conference, not in court.

The video cites online debates about the 2020 shooting, including Megan Thee Stallion, who was shot dead after leaving the party in Los Angeles.
Lanez was convicted in 2022 and is currently sentenced to 10 years in prison. However, his legal team recently claimed that they had new material that suggested Meghan’s former friend Kelsey Harris was a shooter and Lanez tried to step in.
The claims were accompanied by alleged ring camera lenses and were supported by Florida Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, who called the case a “political motivation” and urged California Gov. Gavin Newsom to issue a pardon.

Megan replied on social media, writing: “All of you will stop letting me relive Tory’s shooting!?”
She added: “The facts are facts, he did, and it was proven in court. For years, there was no new evidence of f############################ all of you are repeating the same nonsense. Tori, please leave me alone, you are af###########################################################################################################################################################################
Her attorney Alex Spiro also praised: “Tory Lanez was tried and found guilty by a jury of his peers, and his case was properly resolved through the judicial system. It was not a political issue. It was a case of violent assault and was resolved in court.”
Despite the claim of re-laying, there is no indication that the court will re-examine the case, or that Lannis’ conviction will be overturned.
After Lannis was sentenced in August 2023, a jury found him guilty of three felony charges related to the shooting.
