Suge Knight reignited the controversy surrounding Eazy-E in a provocative prison interview on the conversation podcast, revisiting his comments on the speakers who died of AIDS.
Twenty years after his infamous appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live in 2003, Knight secretly hints about the intentional infusion of AIDS-contaminated blood, and the former death row owner was directly asked whether his sinister statement held any truth.
Knight refused to explicitly confirm or deny the allegations, citing his unwillingness to “offend”.
Instead, he doubled by questioning someone who looks completely healthy, showing “no signs of getting sick” and simply succumbing to AIDS complications.
In a frank conversation, Suge Knight recounts the schedule that led to Eazy-e’s hospitalization, recalling Eazy and his manager Jerry Heller initially seeking simple medical tests.
“They gave him a body,” Knight explained. “They said they thought he had a problem. He was in trouble in the hospital. Next, you know, Eric shot.”
He further described the mysterious injection as “simple stuff,” like B12, ominously adding: “The next thing you know, they say Eric got AIDS. Next thing you know, he was the dead Mutafaka.”

Knight and Eazy-e’s relationship dates back to the early 1990s, and their relationship has been deeply rooted in commercial drama and personal competition. Knight reportedly used an aggressive strategy to get Dr. Dray out of Eazy-e’s cruel record contract, which included threats to Eazy’s family and claims to kidnap Heller.
After Knight’s initial 2003 speech, Eazy-E’s daughter and NWA bandmate Ice Cube both firmly denied speculation that links the Knight to the rapper’s death.
The Knight did not stop at Eazy-e. He targeted the entire entertainment industry and asserted that “most of Hollywood” and countless entertainment activities “have AIDS or some type of sexual illness.”
