Soulja Boy unveiled a dramatic new look on an Instagram live weeks after his arrest in Los Angeles on Wednesday (August 20) and teased his surprise album Draco Season.
“Draco season fell on Friday,” he told viewers, showing off a fresh fade after chopping off the shoulders.
“Everyone did it [album] He added, the lid. “Tell them to do a new cover because I’m getting a haircut now.”
The rapper laughed and needed a new album cover to match his new look, adding: “The album will get stupid.”
Earlier in the day, Soulja Boy shared the cover art of Draco season and confirmed that the project will arrive on Friday (August 22), although he did not disclose any further details about the track list or collaborators.

He also put down his new single (August 20), titled “No one likes you.”
The album was launched after legal troubles.
On August 3, Soulja Boy was detained during a traffic stop in Los Angeles.
He was a passenger in a car, where police found the gun. Authorities arrested him on suspicion of a convicted felon and booked him at the Wilhel branch of the Los Angeles Police Department.
However, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office refused to file a felony charge on the grounds of lack of evidence.
Soulja Boy was released after spending two nights in prison and tagged a celebration post he returned to social media with the words “First Day.”
