Snoop Dogg wants to bring his culinary swagger to the restaurant world with Gordon Ramsay and says he has come up with the idea, which is probably in Glasgow.
“I told him I wanted to open a restaurant with him, maybe even in Glasgow,” Snoop told Daily Records. “Actually. We’re always exchanging cooking skills, I mean exchanging. Not only is it one-way traffic, I sent him the tips – he respects Snoop as a chef.”
Hip-hop idols and self-proclaimed foodies are not just about coming up with ideas, but are also serious about their own kitchen games.
“My boy Gordon has a worse mouth than me, but it’s just because of his passion.” “You wouldn’t be the best chef in the world without his passion.”
This is not Snoop Dogg’s first interest in working with Gordon Ramsey. He previously revealed that they discussed opening a restaurant, but their plans were overshadowed by people from the pandemic.
Snoop’s ambitions in the food industry do not stop opening a restaurant. He also focuses on the review seats for the British version of MasterChef.
“You better believe that Snoop may be the new MasterChef judge,” he said. “My boy Gordon [Ramsay] Judges of the US version, I know he will support my judgment on the UK version. He knew I wasn’t playing with food. He knew I could cook-I even gave him some tips. ”
Gordon Ramsey shares Snoop Dogg
He added: “I’ve been thinking about playing in the UK. I love this place and for a real place it could be a great opportunity.”
Snoop’s cooking resumes are already stacked. His 2018 recipe from Crook to Cook: Platinum recipe from boss Dogg’s Kitchen became a bestseller, and he co-hosted a Potluck dinner with Martha Stewart.
He also ventured into food technology with his son Cordell Broadus through the Food Fighter Universe and undertook a sweet exploration of Dr. Mumbai in Los Angeles, a dessert centered around his boring Ape NFT character theme. In 2022, he teamed up with Tsumo Snacks to launch Snazzle OS, a series of THC onion snacks.
Then, in 2023, he teamed up with Master P to launch Broadus Foods, a food that launched Snoop cereals nationwide through the post-consumer brand, and offers flavors like Fruity Hoopz and Marshmallows and Cinnamon Toasteez.
The rapper’s food empire continues to grow, but a joint venture with Ramsey could mark his biggest cooking move to date.
