Snoop Dogg is one of the most successful rappers of all time. He has cultivated his image better than most of his peers. Snoop Dogg is one of the few rappers to have such crossover success that he could be in a commercial with Martha Stewart and release an album with Dr. Dre within a year. He has a lot of money in the bank, which was proven during the rapper’s recent appearance on The Jennifer Hudson Show. Snoop Dogg and his daughter continued to discuss the latter’s wedding, as well as her very expensive wedding gift.
Snoop Dogg told the host that he’s all in for his daughter, Cori Broadus. He bought her a wedding gift worth $1 million. “It’s a million dollars,” the rapper confirmed to the shocked and cheering crowd. “You know what? It’s a fact.” Snoop then added to the anecdote by revealing that his daughter had yet to open the expensive gift. “The only problem with this gift is that she never opened it, or she hasn’t opened it yet,” he explained. Snoop may have gone all out, but he also told Hudson that he initially recommended a smaller wedding to Corey.
Snoop Dogg’s daughter hasn’t opened her gift yet
The rapper’s idea was that his daughter could have a smaller ceremony and save more money. “I told her if it were me, my wedding would be $100 [thousand] and $900 [thousand] Snoop Dogg had a lot of jokes, but he also spoke highly of the man his daughter was marrying, Wayne Deuce. You wouldn’t hand her over to anyone who wouldn’t treat her with care,” the rapper noted.
Snoop Dogg and Cori Broadus made the most of their expensive wedding. The wedding and the journey to the altar were documented on E! Series Snoopy’s Father: Corey and Wayne’s Story. The show premieres on December 2.
